» Customer Service
Our Customer Service departments deal with a range of incoming enquiries from our stores as well as our customers and covers four different areas: Contact Lenses, Logistics, Information Services and Customer Care. Every day really is different, bringing its own challenges and rewards. One thing that unites the people who work in any of these areas though is a passion for putting customers first, whether it's helping them find their nearest store, query a transaction or pick their perfect product. An accurate and timely response is a must too. We're driven by delivering the kind of service we'd all love to receive and we set challenging performance targets which are monitored regularly to help us continually improve our service. We play a key role in identifying trends across our business too, constantly keeping us ahead of the game.
